Invest in the Memories | Logan Utah's Premier Photographer

Do you ever travel home and flip through old photo albums? This is one tradition that I love doing every time I travel back to my mom and dad’s house. I sit down with my children and flip through my baby book, our family vacation albums and answer the million questions from “Who’s that?” , “Where was this?” , “Why was everyone laughing?” and I smile and share these memories with my kids. It is something so special and a feeling so amazing at mother to have this opportunity to have these portraits to share with them. It is a feeling that you can’t get from social media.

This feeling is something that my clients also urge to experience and it is why my Heirloom album is my top selling product year and year to come. The premium leather leaves you breathless and the quality of color and customization to your family makes it a priceless keepsake.

I can’t wait for the Tremlett family to enjoy their own heirloom album for years to come. These are memories that will never be forgotten.

Our family had decided that now, since we are in the Pacific Northwest we would get a live Christmas tree every year. It would be a tradition we can enjoy with our children as they grow. It is much more than just getting a tree though. It is the adventure and memories created in the process. This November marked our second year in Washington and we are loving every bit of it.

I am so thankful to have met the Smith family! Owners of S&S Evergreen U-Cut Tree Farm. This is their first year opening and I couldn't have been happier with the lovely selection of tree's they offered. You couldn't go wrong. Every tree was perfect! But after walking their farm, we found the PERFECT one for us.

I of course was so excited to document our story this year. It is our first year celebrating Christmas as a complete family of 4!

Kaleigh has recently discovered her love of 'candy cames' as she calls them. So when S&S Tree Farm gave her a candy cane to take on her adventure of finding a tree, her eyes lit up! I think that candy cane has a special appearance in every lifestyle portrait taken on our Christmas Tree Adventure.

My husband even snuck a few portraits in of me and the little man Carson. He was not so thrilled that day due to us waking him up from his nap. But he enjoys looking around at everything while being snuggled up to his mama.

I am so thankful for these times.

We shared many laughs and kisses  (sticky candy cane kisses I might add). I am happy that I can document this memories to relive. They are like little treasures I now have to hold on to that I can share with my kids when they are older and tell the stories of how we picked out our tree, and how she dropped her candy in the dirt and used the tree to clean it off (gross, I know) or got to ride their tractor with the tree farm owners son. These are all sweet little tid bits that I will hold tightly on to. Plus, did you see that guy up there ^    I mean, not to toot my own horn, but how did I get so lucky? He is so amazing.

This is what I love about photographs. They have the ability to capture a moment that is gone forever.
